Function Characteristic:
The production line is composed of glass transporter, automatic glass scavenging dehydrator, glass inspection transporter, automatic aluminum frame locating machine, glass flat pressing, glass reversible transporter, binding machinery, butyl extruder machine, bicomponent machine, molecular sieve bottler and butyl rubber-spreading machine. The production line is composed of flat press mode which is quite popular in the world in the production of insulating glass. The automatic flat press machine has a unique design of two boxes to enable the two pieces of glass to bind into one at one time. It is also suitable for producing insulating glass of different sizes, shaped insulating glass and glass curtain walls.
